How Much Does a Mold Inspection Cost?
A mold inspection with MUSH in ROOM is a flat fee: $349 for the Visual Survey, $599 for the Standard Inspection with laboratory air sampling, and $899 for the Comprehensive Workup. Size adds $80 for a second level and $160 for a third. Laboratory fees and the 48-hour written report are included in every tier.

Do you charge for a quote?
No. Phone consultations are free, and if we do not think you need an inspection we will tell you so on the call.
What decides where I land in the range?
Four things: the square footage and number of levels, whether there is a crawl space needing access, how many laboratory samples the situation actually warrants, and whether you need same-week turnaround. We confirm the exact figure before we book, not after we arrive.
Is there a travel charge for my town?
No. Every town in our service area is charged at the same rate, from Edwardsville to Vandalia.
Can I get just the lab work without an inspection?
We do not recommend it. Samples taken without moisture mapping and an outdoor control produce numbers nobody can interpret, which is the most common way people waste money on mold testing.
