Mold testing collects air or surface samples and sends them to an accredited laboratory to identify what species are present and at what concentration. Air samples are compared against an outdoor control sample taken the same day; without that control the indoor numbers mean very little. With MUSH in ROOM this is the $599 Standard Inspection, and the laboratory analysis is included in that figure rather than billed afterwards.
