What Actually Kills Mold Permanently?
Nothing kills mold permanently while the moisture remains. Bleach, vinegar and commercial biocides all kill surface growth, but mold returns within weeks if the water source is still there. The only permanent solution is removing the contaminated material and eliminating the moisture that fed it.
