Do I Actually Need a Mold Inspection?
You probably do not need testing if you can see a small patch of mold and know exactly what caused it — clean it and fix the leak. You probably do need an inspection if you smell mold but cannot find it, if symptoms track with time at home, if you are buying, or if you need documentation for a dispute or a claim.
